We do not own or operate the listed properties unless explicitly stated, and the accommodation agreement is ultimately between the guest and the host.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform, submit false or misleading information, or use the site in any way that could harm Bungstays, its partners, or other users.

Submitting a booking request through our platform does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability confirmation by the property host and our team. You will be notified within 24 hours of submitting a request. No payment is required at the time of submitting a request unless explicitly stated on the booking page.

Payment terms, amounts, and methods will be communicated to you after availability is confirmed. Bungstays does not process or store payment information unless clearly specified for a particular booking. Any payments made directly to property hosts are governed by the host's own terms, which will be shared prior to payment.

Cancellation and modification policies vary by property and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We encourage guests to review these terms before confirming. Bungstays is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations made by either the guest or the host, but we will assist in finding alternatives where possible.

Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care and respect, adhere to the house rules communicated at check-in, maintain a quiet and work-friendly environment, and not use the space for parties, large gatherings, or any disruptive activity. Properties listed on Bungstays are curated for professional, long-stay use. Any damage caused during a stay is the responsibility of the guest.

Property owners may submit details for review via our partner enquiry form. Bungstays reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any listing at its sole discretion in order to maintain quality and consistency for guests. Submission of a property does not guarantee listing. Partners are expected to accurately represent their property, maintain the connectivity and amenity standards agreed upon, and notify us promptly of any changes.

All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, design, and copy — is the property of Bungstays or its respective contributors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from Bungstays.

Bungstays acts as a facilitator between guests and hosts and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from stays booked through the platform, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, theft, or service disruptions. Any disputes between guests and hosts must be resolved directly between the parties. We are happy to assist in facilitating communication, but cannot be held responsible for outcomes.
